Facilities Reservation Requests

TO RESERVE A SFSD FACILITY FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. See if the facility is available by checking the Sheboygan Falls School District Facilities Use Schedule.
2. Read and agree to adhere to all Rules and Regulations of facility use.
3. Fill out and print a Facility Request Form.
4. Submit your request to:

5. Your request will be reviewed by the administration.
6. An estimate of the charges will be forwarded to you.
7. Approved requests will be posted on the Sheboygan Falls School District Facilities Use Schedule

PLEASE NOTE
ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF REQUESTED DATE.
