CONGRATULATIONS to the Girls Track and Field Team for their fine performances at the State Track and Field Meet this past Friday and Saturday in LaCrosse.  The 4 x 400m relay team of Maria M, Jessy L, Nicole F and Dee I placed 12th in the state.  The 4 x 100m relay team of Michaela A, Staci H, Nicole F and Jessy L placed 11th in the state.  Sam R placed 14th in the Discus and 9th in the Shot Put.  The 4 x 200m relay team of Michaela A, Staci H, Nicole F and Jessy Lie broke the school record on Friday, qualified for finals and then on Saturday shattered their new school record in the finals on the way to a fifth place finish and the Podium.  Staci H leapt to a fine height in the High Jump and also made the Podium placing 3rd.  Last but certainly not least Genevieve G is our your new STATE CHAMPION in the discus.  The Time Was Now and you all ended your season fantastically, CONGRATULATIONS again and WOO WOO!!!!!!

ACTIVITIES

Congratulations to the Sheboygan Falls Girls Soccer Team!   The Lady Falcons finished their regular season by defeating Waupun with a score of 10 to 1.  Sheboygan Falls will share the Eastern Wisconsin Conference Title with Plymouth this season.   Good luck at Regionals!

 Yesterday the Falcon Golf Team earned it first trip to the STATE Tournament in 27 years. The team, led by Chris Bachmann shooting a brilliant even par, Matt Bachmann shooting a 1 over par and Matt Andrews shooting a 3 over par, beat its nearest competition by 14 strokes by having 3 of the lowest 4 scores in the event.

Here are some very important swimming tips:

• Don’t dive off the deck at the shallow end of a pool.
• Don’t dive into a shallow above-ground pool.
• Don’t dive head first into unfamiliar water.  Jump in feet-first.
• Don’t allow horseplay in or near the water.
• Don’t swim alone.
• Don’t leave a child alone who is in or near the water for even a minute.

They are in need of volunteers from the community to prep and plant from 9am-12pm, Saturday, June 1^st - volunteering would consist of planting the beds, trees and clean-up of the property. If you would like to help, please stop in the counseling office for more information.

Attention Students: Don’t forget to purchase your 2nd Annual Yearbook Release Party ticket before Friday! You will not be able to purchase tickets at the door. Also, if you haven’t purchased a yearbook yet, do so ASAP, they are going fast and there is a limited supply. Cost of book is $55.

The Falcon Golf team convincingly won its WIAA Regional on Tuesday by 46 strokes. Matt s was the low score of all the golfers with a superb 5 over par 77. Matt , Connor  and Chris  added an 80, 81 and 82 respectively. The team took the top 4 spots in the field of 45 golfers, with Will Meyer shooting a 91, taking the 13^th spot.

Be sure to bring your rockets with you.

The Sheboygan Falls Boys Track team had 6 individuals and 4 relays qualify for the sectional track meet in Little Chute on Thursday.

CONGRATULATIONS to the Girls Track and Field Team for WINNING the REGIONAL MEET last night in Valders!!!  Wow what a FANTASTIC season you are having!!!  Keep in rolling on Thursday at Sectionals—WOO WOO!!!!!!

The baseball program would like to thank those that came out to the hit-a-thon on Saturday.  Through the players hard work, raffles, and concessions we were able to raise more than $3,400 for the Sheboygan County Cancer Care Fund.  This money will help patients dealing with cancer in the area receive items such as wigs and daily living expenses which will hopefully make their lives a little easier.  Great job men!
