ACTION ROOM NEWS!!! FIRST IN MATH – Computer lab 211 is open at the start of the guided study period TODAY for the LAST FiM team time of the year. Any team member from grades 5 through 8 is invited to attend. Team members should continue to work through Monday, May 28th toward your sticker goals. Stickers will be tabulated on Tuesday, May 29th and prizes distributed later that week through guided study teachers. AMERICAN GIRL BOOK CLUB – Members are reminded of our meeting after school today in the ACTION Room until 4:30PM. CHESS CLUB – At the request of enthusiastic club members, we have added an additional meeting, which takes place TODAY after school in the ART ROOM, until 4:00PM. YEARBOOK Staff Celebration!! All yearbook staff members are invited to attend our meeting and end of year celebration THIS FRIDAY, May 25th, beginning at 2:50 sharp! All hands are needed for a special assignment right away, so check in with your guided study teacher and come down to the ACTION Room ASAP!! Our meeting and celebration will last until 4:00PM. EXTRA YEARBOOKS are available to purchase for $21.00!!! Pick up an order form from the ACTION Room bulletin board and return it along with your check payable to SHEBOYGAN FALLS MS, by Friday, June 1st!!!
My name is Tracy Wusterbarth and I am the new Dance Coach at the high school. Any 8th grade students interested in joining the Dance Team – please stop in the Middle School office for an information packet. Dates for learning the routine will be Tuesday and Wednesday, May 29th and 30th and the actual tryout date is Thursday, May 31st at 7:30 p.m. All of the details are in this information packet.
Band News – Flute Choir/Jazz Ensemble students should be dismissed from 7th hour class at 1:40 p.m. TODAY.
Attention Grade 8 students – On Friday, May 25th and Tuesday, May 29th you will be eating your lunch at 12:20 before going out for recess.
Student Council will be selling candy bars on Friday, May 25th and candy bars and ice cream Friday, June 1st during lunch hour. Cost is $.75 for the candy and ice cream treats.
Attention Eighth Grade Girls involved in sports! Please plan to attend an informational session presented by our very own SFHS students on prevention of ACL injuries and Concussions on May 24th during guided study in the auditorium beginning at 2:45 p.m.
The school year is about over and we are sending out one last reminder for Achievers. We have one more drawing for 3rd quarter report card A’s on June 1st for all entries entered before June 1st. The final drawing for 4th quarter A’s will be July 2nd.
School Toolbox Kit Pick-up: Anyone who ordered School Tool Box Kits for next year should pick them up on Thursday, May 31st from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. or on Friday, June 1st from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. in the Middle School Conference Room (just outside the MS Office). Annual Prevea Titletown 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament – Saturday, June 2nd. Participants can register online at www.downtowngreenbay.com/prevea3on3
Lady Falcons Basketball Camp 2012 Friday and Saturday, June 8th and 9th at Sheboygan Falls High School. Fees are $30 per player 2nd – 5th grade and $35 per player 6th – 9th grade. Sheboygan County Futures Team Tennis – program for girls and boys 11-12 years of age. League will be played on Mondays and Wednesdays from June 11 – July 25th at Sheboygan South High School.
