Pound - Thursdays

Think Zumba meets drumming class! Pound is a fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, yoga, and pilates with drumming for an amazing full body workout! You'll use lightly weighted drumsticks (aka Ripstix) to drum to the beat of the music.  Expect to burn anywhere from 500-900 calories and perform over 15,000 reps!

School Year Zumba Information

Zumba - Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates music and dance movements. The format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.  Also great for the mind, the combination of high energy and motivating music allows you to dance away your worries.

Classes are suitable for beginners and all levels.

Basic Yoga - Wednesdays

Basic yoga is a perfect class for beginners to start and all levels to advance.  In this class we build a great foundation in your yoga practice through alignment, breath, and flow. We will break things down to enhance the fundamentals of a power yoga class.  Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned veteran, this class is a great way to get back to the basics.

Hall Walking at the Sheboygan Falls High School - From November 1st-March 3rd, Sheboygan Falls residents are encouraged to use the Sheboygan Falls High School hallways to get their exercise! The school will be open Monday-Friday from 4-6pm for hall walking.  Walkers must enter the school through the Aquatic Center (located on the Northwest side of the school) and sign in at the Aquatic Center front desk.  Please click the link to the left for more information.
