4K Program Home

The Sheboygan Falls Community 4 Kids is a voluntary, comprehensive child development program available to four year-old children and their families within the Sheboygan Falls School District.

The 4K program is housed at the elementary school.

Children who are four years of age, on or before September 1, are eligible to attend.  If you have any questions, please call the elementary school office at 920-467-7820.

  • 4K students do NOT have school on Wednesday.
  • 4K students will come to their classroom when they arrive at school instead of meeting on the playground. This is the same “soft start” that the rest of the elementary school has.

AM Hours

  • 7:55am-11:05am
  • Our morning session starts at 7:55 AM, but children may start arriving after 7:30 AM.

PM Hours

  • 11:50am-3:00pm
  • Students should not arrive before 11:45am.
  • Have your child enter door 3 (the student entrance near the south-side parent lot/off of Alfred Miley Avenue); fourth grade leaders and adults will help the 4K students so they know where to go once inside the building.  If you choose this option, you may not enter the building with your child as part of our secure building procedures.
  • If you wish to enter the building with your child, please use door 2 (the building’s main entrance) to sign in and get a visitor tag in the office.
  • Students arriving by bus will arrive at Door #1 and proceed to their classroom.

If your child is late for school and the door is locked when you arrive, you will need to bring your child to the main office entrance (Door #2). At that entrance there is a button to press for admission into the office. Once you check in with the office your child can report to the classroom.

If your child is going to be absent from school, you need to report this absence by 8:15 for morning students and 12:25 for afternoon students. Please call 467-7820 to report all absences, and if you are calling before or after school hours and no one is present, please leave the following information on the absence line:

1. Your name
2. Your child’s name
3. Name of your child’s teacher

    • Has a temperature of 99.6 or above.
    • Has had vomiting or diarrhea within a 24 hour period before her/his scheduled start time.
  • Your child WILL be sent home if any of the above should occur at school.
