Vertical Learning Spaces are up and running in Mrs. Ellis' room. Students worked on non curriculum tasks to set VLS norms and expectations prior to launching into our math lessons. The math department is committed to increasing student engagement by taking the learning out of seats and into vertical spaces.
SFMS kicked off the 2025-2026 school year with their first school wide assembly! Staff introduced themselves to students, Mr. Zak informed students about their Citizenship Grades, and students participated in fun team building games. It was a great kickoff assembly for Sheboygan Falls Middle School!

Throughout the next couple of days during our SOAR time students will be engaging in Dreambox Reading and Math, an online program that adapts to students needs and provides online personalized learning at their level. For the month of September students will be practicing SOAR student engagement expectations and then in October our small group learning and activities is launched!
