As communicated to families via email on Friday, March 14th, a temporary road closure will impact pick-up and drop-off procedures at the Elementary School and Middle School starting Monday, March 31st, 2025, and lasting until approximately September 1, 2025.
Fond du Lac Ave will be closed between Rangeline Road and Oak Street due to road construction and utility work. This closure will affect our usual traffic flow during arrival and dismissal times.
**WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:**
Increased Traffic and Delays: Please expect significant traffic congestion and delays during pick-up and drop-off.
Alternate Routes: We recommend planning alternate routes to and from the school. Please review this GUIDE and EXPLANATION VIDEO for traffic plans and new drop-off/pick-up procedures.
Bus Riders:
The bus company will pick up students 5 minutes earlier than the current pick-up time. Please plan to have students ready on time. This applies to all bus riders (ES, MS, HS).
Extra Time:
Please allow ample extra time for your commute to and from school.
Patience and Cooperation: We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Please be mindful of other drivers, pedestrians, and school staff directing traffic.
We understand that this road closure may cause inconvenience, and we apologize for any disruption it may cause to your daily routine. We are working closely with the City of Sheboygan Falls to minimize the impact and ensure the safety of our students.
We will provide updates as they become available. Please continue to check your email and the school website for further information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

7th grade STEM students were given a 15 minute design challenge: Take 20 popsicle sticks and create a bridge that your team thinks will hold weight. This was a hands-on inquiry activity, to get students thinking about how structures are put together, before they launch into their structural engineering unit on bridges.

Did you know this fractal is called a Sierpinski Tetrahedron? A tetrahedron is a polyhedron that has four faces! Grade 6 mathematicians engaged in an enrichment opportunity to create these mathematical masterpieces and then analyzed their work to find multiples in the patterns, as well as problem solved how faces would be created by adding multiple layers!
