Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing more details regarding the November 3rd Facility Referendum and how this plan came together.
The revised $65.7 million Facility Referendum Plan builds on years of facility planning, community feedback, facility assessments and a community-wide survey conducted this spring.

Together, this input helped the District identify its highest-priority needs and create a more focused, cost-conscious plan.
The revised plan priorities include:
🔹 Address aging facilities and infrastructure
🔹 Expand educational experiences
🔹 Enhance safety and accessibility

So, what’s different?
This plan prioritizes renovating and maximizing existing spaces at Sheboygan Falls Elementary School and Sheboygan Falls High School while reducing the overall scope, cost and tax impact.
